Fleet Management Solutions (FMS)

FMS provides full service leasing, contract maintenance, contract-related maintenance and commercial rental of trucks, tractors and trailers to customers principally in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. Through the FMS business, Ryder provides customers with flexible solutions designed to improve their competitive positions by allowing them to focus on their core business, lower their costs, and redirect capital to other parts of their business. Our solutions also enable customers to improve the uptime and reliability of their fleets, thereby minimizing fleet-related business disruptions and risks.

Ryder's FMS product offering is comprised primarily of contractual-based full service leasing and contract maintenance services. The Company also offers transactional fleet solutions including commercial truck rental, maintenance services, and value-added fleet support services such as insurance, vehicle administration, and fuel services. In addition, we provide our customers with access to a large selection of used trucks, tractors, and trailers through our used vehicle sales program.

Supply Chain Solutions (SCS)

SCS offers a broad range of innovative lead logistics management services that are designed to optimize a customer's global supply chain. SCS provides a one-stop shop for professional services such as network design and engineering, distribution and warehouse operations and transportation management solutions such as freight procurement and mode optimization.

SCS also provides customers with dedicated transportation solutions which combine vehicles, maintenance, and administration with drivers and value-added services such as routing, scheduling and specialized handling at the point of delivery. A Ryder Dedicated solution is designed to meet the needs of customers with complex service requirements including tight delivery windows, high-value or time-sensitive freight and multi-stop shipments.
