Our best practice requirements for the disposal of waste materials seek to utilize life cycle and recycling technologies whenever practical.
The Company regularly reviews and updates its environmental management procedures.
Communicating
Information regarding the Company's environmental activities is regularly provided to all levels of the Company, including:
- The Board of Directors,
- Senior executives, and
- Operating managers in the field.
In addition, Ryder communications the Company's established policies and its programs in support of these policies to:
- Shareholders,
- Employees, and
- The public.
The Company also participates in the development of public environmental policy initiatives that are relevant to its business.
