Risk-Tolerant Supply Chain

De-risking a supply chain is no easy task. Leading companies are
using an arsenal of “smart” technology tools in order to accomplish
this goal. This workshop will explore leading practices and
corresponding case examples of how companies are using these
technologies, such as cloud computing and supply chain visibility
and logistics software, to fluidly manage multi-tier inventory
positioning and safety stock levels, and optimize transportation
modes, costs, and service levels. The result: reduced risk and
better customer service.
