The Board of Directors of Ryder
System, Inc. (NYSE: R), a leader in transportation and supply chain
management solutions, today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend
of $0.34 per share of common stock, to be paid on September 20, 2013, to
shareholders of record on August 19, 2013. The dividend reflects a $.03
increase from the $0.31 cash dividend Ryder had been paying quarterly
since July of 2012. This is Ryder’s 148th consecutive
quarterly cash dividend – marking 37 years of uninterrupted dividend
payments.
