and Gary Allen will be featured speakers at the 3PL
Value Creation 2014 conference, taking place October 28 – 30, 2014,
in Chicago, Ill.
3PL Value Creation 2014 brings together C-level executives, major
customers, and industry experts to assess the future outlook of 3PL
segments and explore strategies for value creation that will forge
competitive advantage. It is a unique opportunity for attendees to look
at the current and future state of third-party logistics from the best
global and North American 3PLs and hear about the value-added customer

Mr. Skiles, Senior Vice President of Sales and Solutions, will offer a
presentation titled “Value Creation: The Key to Success & Creating
Greater Value in VAWD,” and Mr. Allen, Vice President of Supply Chain
Excellence, will present at a workshop titled “Creating Greater Value in
Value-added Warehousing/Contract Logistics.” Mr. Skiles is responsible
for overseeing the sales and solutions teams for all of Ryder’s Supply
Chain Solutions (SCS) verticals and functions, and Mr. Allen directs
Ryder’s SCS Engineering team to support business development and
existing operations for the overall SCS organization.
