Reservation Website to help commercial customers in the U.S. and Canada
simplify the management of their truck rental needs. On the new website
at http://reservations.ryder.com,
customers can quickly and easily reserve trucks online at their
negotiated rates, a feature not available anywhere else in the industry.
The site also enables customers to manage their rental profiles,
conveniently locate Ryder rental facilities, view available vehicles,
and modify or cancel truck reservations online. The Ryder Rental
Reservation site is also available on mobile devices and offers a
convenient tablet interface for on-the-go customers.

Ryder customers can register on the site and create an online profile to
help them better manage their truck rental needs. Searches can be
filtered by location (city, state, and/or ZIP code), and available
vehicles are displayed at the customer’s negotiated rates, regardless of
the vehicle location. Once a vehicle is reserved, fleet managers will
receive an email confirmation and can easily modify, cancel, and even
replicate vehicle reservations online. Vehicles can be reserved and
picked up the same day, and customers can view their past rental
history, as well as vehicle insurance information.
