sponsor of the Special
Olympics World Games, the biennial signature event of Special
Olympics, the global movement that unleashes the human spirit through
the transformative power and joy of sports. The Special Olympics World
Games will utilize Ryder vehicles, including specialized trucks and
vans, to safely transport event-related materials. The vehicles will be
used to move sports and competitive equipment, ranging from soccer
balls, goal posts, bicycles, saddles, golf clubs, and even buoys and
kayaks for aquatic competitions. The Games will be held from July 25 –
August 2 with 25 different Olympic-style sports at venues throughout the
Los Angeles, Calif. region.

with 30,000 volunteers and an anticipated 500,000 spectators, the 2015
Special Olympics World Games – being staged in Los Angeles July 25 -
