Ryder to Host 2016 Investor Day in New York City

Event to include business strategy presentations by Ryder’s Leadership Team and a Solutions Showcase highlighting products and services that are driving growth

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ryder System, Inc. (NYSE: R), a leader in commercial fleet management, dedicated transportation, and supply chain solutions, announced it will hold an Investor Day in New York City on Thursday, May 19 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern. The half-day event will be comprised of formal presentations by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Robert Sanchez, Chief Financial Officer, Art Garcia, and other members of Ryder’s Executive Leadership Team, as well as question and answer sessions. Ryder executives will discuss the Company’s long-term vision, strategy, business fundamentals, and financials.

In addition, Ryder will host a Solutions Showcase to provide attendees with a closer look at the products and services driving the Company’s growth. Service areas to be highlighted include Ryder’s flexible maintenance solutions, alternative fuel products, dedicated transportation solutions, supply chain visibility and warehouse services, and Mexican cross-border operations, as well as the Company’s total cost of ownership sales tool.
