Ryder’s transfer agent, EQ Shareowner Services, assists registered shareholders and interested first-time investors with common stock ownership matters, including account updates, stock transfers, dividend payments, lost certificates, and participation in Ryder’s direct stock purchase, sale, and dividend reinvestment plan.

Ryder makes available a direct stock purchase and sale, and dividend reinvestment plan, for shares of Ryder common stock. The plan is sponsored and administered by EQ Shareowner Services. Plan participants are responsible for any applicable enrollment fees, transaction fees, and costs.
